“Soul Captain Band, using abbreviation SCB is an orchestra playing reggae from Helsinki. It was founded by their guitarist Seppo Salmi, keyboardist Tommi Tikkanen, guitarist Jori Hulkkonen, basist Kari Hulkkonen and singer Jukka Rousu in the year 1997. In the year 2002 Jukka Poika announced that he is not going to continue with SCB. The band dissolved 10 years after its foundation year, and formed a new one with the name Sound Explosion Band.”
